Affecting Server - Alastor | Priority - Critical
We're aware of problems affecting Alastor and are working to bring all sites back online as quickly as possible.
Update - A hard drive was replaced in this server last night by our datacenter. They're looking into the issue now and we're awaiting an ETA.
Update - The server is performing an fsck and is 50% complete
Update - The server is showing filesystem errors. We're still working on restoring the server but are bringing a second server online which we will restore backups to in case this can't be recovered.
Update - The RAID card and cables are being replaced and an FSCK will be performed again on boot.
Update: The server has run a repair and we're performing a quick manual check on services before starting everything. If all goes well it should be up again within an hour.

Update: The server is up and we're running MySQL rebuilds and checks so the load may be higher than normal while this runs.
Update: All checks are complete. Most sites are running fine but there may be the odd account with corrupt data. If this is the case please submit a ticket with the cPanel username of the affected account and we will restore it for you.
Update: We are updating MySQL which presents some issues (30/03/2011) this will take a few moments.
